Sukiru is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We may disable Stripe access if required by law, Stripe, or if we suspect misuse.

By using Sukiru, you give us permission to securely host and process your content so we can operate the Service.

All rights in Sukiru — including the software, branding and design — belong to Sukina Software Ltd.
Please don’t copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute any part of the app without written permission.

We may update pricing or features with reasonable notice.
Sukiru relies on trusted third-party providers (like hosting services and Stripe).
We can’t control their systems, availability or policies, and we’re not responsible for their outages or errors.
We aim to keep Sukiru running smoothly, but we can’t guarantee:

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer laws say otherwise.
